What We've Been Up To...

...not much! The beginning of September, we somehow all caught the flu bug, which was followed up with either teething AND a really bad cold for the kids, or just a really bad two week long cold that Scott and I got towards the end of the kids' fight with it. Here is pretty much what we have all looked like for the past three weeks:

and THEN, May May developed a bad case of chapped lips....which led to her starting a habit of picking her lips at night as she would fall asleep and right when she woke up. For about a week, she looked like this every time she got up:

YIKES I KNOW! I don't now if you can really get the full effect, but it was NOT fun going in to her room and finding her fingers and lips caked with blood. We started letting her take chapstick to bed and told her she could put that on instead of picking....and well... I don't know if it was that effective, but for whatever reason she has stopped now and I am SOOO thankful!!!!! ha!!! I think we are all FINALLY HEALTHY now though - I still have a little sinus cold going, but the kids seems pretty normal now!!! yeah!!!

Since I don't have too many pictures of the last few weeks, here are a few from random summer events that I liked. If you have facebook, you've already seen several of these, but if not - enjoy!

Scott and I at the zipline in Catalina - we didn't get any good shots of us actually going down!
Caleb likes to read big books... makes him smarter I guess ;)
I tried to tell him the whole backyard wasn't going to fit..but he was determined to try
