Against my deepest wishes, Caleb seems to be an early morning person. I would like him to sleep until 7am so that I can get up, have my Bible reading time, and be all ready before the kids need to get out of their cribs. However, Caleb seems to think that anytime after 6am is a GREAT time to get out of the crib...and he makes such a loud fuss that its MUCH more lovely to take him out than to leave him in.

So.... here is my fellow shower time buddy - he usually gets put in my closet (the most sound proof place in the house - he's REALLY loud even when he's happy!). This worked great until he started to crawl....and now this is what I usually find:

And, on another note, Caleb just received his first pair of shoes. Here he is outside... literally running at top speed back and forth on our cement to try them out. boys are very different from girls.
I think he likes them :)
On ANOTHER note.... bath time! :) Caleb has now graduated from the baby tub and so bath time is double the fun. My kids really do love love love bath time - I will frequently put them in there whenever they are cranky in order to pass the time with a few more laughs instead of cries, screams, and tears :)
And my last note..... Silly faces from the kids :) :) Caleb seems to have an endless stream of facial expressions....and drool to match. And Kali May's "cheese" face is just killer every time. I hope she never outgrows it !!!
