It's official - our home is up for sale!!! I have been so excited to get it all cleaned up and "show" ready, and I couldn't wait to actually get it done and have people start showing up to take a look. Well, after I finished I realized that cleaning your house for sale show is not exactly as rewarding as normal cleaning. Its not like cleaning for your family or friends to come over and have them ooooh and awww over your work..... no, we have cleaned and now our job is to simply (ha) KEEP our house spotlessly clean, and to be ready at a moments notice to LEAVE so that people can enter it, look at it, leave, and when they are done we can return to our home again as though nothing has ever happened.
But, it was still fun to clean up (mostly because I hadn't thought of the above fact yet :) ), and it is still VERY fun to have about a fourth of our belongings removed from our home - it feels so spacious and I am seriously contemplating having a garage sale this weekend and just ridding ourselves of everything we have packed away... I mean if we don't need it for the next couple of months.... do we EVER need it?? ?:)

OH MY GOODNESS. Unbelievable how good it looks!! That gives me inspiration to keep it to a MINIMUM when we move to our new place. Less is more! Is looks fantastic and I bet you're going to love living like that! If you host Angie's shower it's already ready to go! haha
